Helping The Brave - William Barnum

On today's episode of Helping The Brave we have William Barnum, a Navy SEAL veteran with 26 years of service. During his time with the SEAL Teams, he became a Navy SEAL Sniper and then a Sniper Instructor. Then 9-11 happened while he was teaching Sniper School and he deployed multiple times to both Iraq and Afghanistan. During this time, he had many lessons learned, and distilled them all down into 5 secrets that were the key to his success as well as the key to every other Navy SEAL`s success. Sometimes these secrets saved his life, other times these secrets just helped him get through some grueling times when he couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel.
