CIVOPS Academy

Your mission is not over. It is evolving.

Reclaim routine, purpose and brotherhood after service, with a civilian reintegration program built by veterans who made the walk themselves.

Because no brave fights alone.

They trained you for deployment. Not for coming home.

There is a drop off after the uniform comes off. You lose the rhythm, the role, the unit and the mission, all in the same week, and nobody hands you a plan for any of it.

That drop is not a character flaw. Rebuilding from it is still your call to make, and it is far easier with people who have already done it standing next to you.

The curriculum

We rebuild what you miss most, reforged for civilian life

01

Routine

Rebuild a daily standard: sleep, training, nutrition and accountability you actually hold to.

02

Role

Translate what you did in service into work and responsibility that means something now.

03

Unit

Get back into a squad. Peers who check in, push back and answer the phone at 0200.

04

Mission

Set objectives with dates on them, review them out loud and adjust like you always did.

This is for you if

You feel stuck, drifting or off mission

The days blur together and nothing has the weight the job used to have.

You miss the structure and the fireteam

No formation, no standard, nobody checking whether you showed up.

Your identity is unclear

The uniform answered who you were. Civilian life does not hand you an answer.

You want a purpose and the strength to chase it

You are not looking for comfort. You are looking for a mission worth training for.

Active duty, reserve or honorably discharged. If you are serious about reclaiming command, we have got your six.

Most programs are not built for warriors. This one is.

CIVOPS is not a feel good course and it is not motivational filler. It is practical reintegration work, shaped by people who lived the drop and fought their way back.

We do not talk at you. We train alongside you, in small groups, with a standard and a schedule.

Who leads it

Built by veterans

Ed Parcaut is a U.S. Navy veteran and former Hospital Corpsman, and the founder of Helping The Brave. He has spent hundreds of recorded conversations with veterans, advocates and the organizations serving them, and CIVOPS grew out of the same question asked over and over: what actually helps after the uniform comes off.

Next step

Start with a planning call

One conversation, no cost and no pressure. We talk through where you are, what you are trying to rebuild and whether CIVOPS is the right fit. If it is not, we point you to something that is.

Common questions

A veteran built reintegration program from Helping The Brave. It focuses on the practical side of life after service: routine, work, identity and community. It is training, not therapy.
